Featuring a star-studded lineup of Indian celebrities, the "Tik Tik PLASTIC" music video made for World Environment Day 2023 brings together Vidya Balan, Alia Bhatt, Ayushmann Khurrana, Raveena Tandon, Guneet Monga, Ricky Kej, Gulzar Sahab (Sampooran Singh Kalra), Armaan Malik, Neeti Mohan, Shantanu Mukherjee (Shaan), Sonu Nigam, Shankar Mahadevan and Sunidhi Chauhan.
The video is a reminder that everyone's action on plastic pollution matters. Produced by Neeraj Roy and the Bhamla Foundation in India, the video features lyrics by Swanand Kirkire and composition by Shaan. The anthem is choreographed by Shiamak Davar.

The article suggests avoiding single-use plastics, recognizing microplastics in disguise (such as in beauty products) carrying a reusable water bottle, saying no to throw-away plastic and recycling. Paying better attention to packaging can also help cut back our use of plastic, while reducing food loss and waste.
